地鐵在建線路供電工程取得重大進展,涉及1號線、8號線


1號線勝利(li)橋(qiao)站開閉所(suo)及外電源順利(li)送(song)電

5月28日(ri),青島地(di)鐵(tie)1號線(xian)勝利(li)橋(qiao)站開閉所(suo)及其外電(dian)(dian)源順利(li)完成送電(dian)(dian),為青島地(di)鐵(tie)1號線(xian)后續“電(dian)(dian)通”提供前(qian)提條(tiao)件。

地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)開閉(bi)所是電源接(jie)入地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)的(de)“樞紐站”,可以把它理(li)解成為地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)運行提供能量(liang)的(de)“心臟”。勝利橋站開閉(bi)所承擔著1號線7站8區間總共約11公(gong)里的(de)供電任務。青島市(shi)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)一號線有限公(gong)司本著“精細管理(li),爭創一流”理(li)念(nian)主(zhu)動協調,克服了(le)前期(qi)設(she)備進(jin)場難度大、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)期(qi)緊等(deng)諸多不利因素,通過科學合理(li)的(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組織,有效避(bi)免了(le)交叉施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)。

外電源為(wei)(wei)公用變電站與地鐵開(kai)閉(bi)所(suo)的(de)(de)連接線路(lu)(lu)(lu),是地鐵運行的(de)(de)“動力血管”,為(wei)(wei)地鐵的(de)(de)動力保駕護航。勝(sheng)利橋開(kai)閉(bi)所(suo)的(de)(de)兩路(lu)(lu)(lu)外電源分別為(wei)(wei)水勝(sheng)線、虎勝(sheng)線,全線為(wei)(wei)單回35千伏(fu)高壓(ya)電纜線路(lu)(lu)(lu)。

由于工(gong)(gong)程全線位于老城區,在實際施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過程中面臨(lin)重(zhong)重(zhong)困難(nan):一(yi)是交叉作(zuo)業(ye)多(duo)、交通干(gan)擾大,基本在夜間施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),白天需(xu)恢復道(dao)路(lu)通車,特別(bie)是四流(liu)南路(lu)的拖(tuo)拉管施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)需(xu)要穿越車道(dao),地下(xia)管線錯(cuo)綜復雜且地質不良等因素造成施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難(nan)度大;二是施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)條(tiao)件受到局限,作(zuo)業(ye)空間小,管廊內每段電纜(lan)長度平均為420米、重(zhong)達6噸,且只能靠人力將電纜(lan)抬放到2米高(gao)的支架上(shang);三是利用已建的老舊管道(dao)轉彎多(duo)且半徑小,部分(fen)電纜(lan)井(jing)深(shen)度達2.5米,積水多(duo)、管道(dao)淤堵(du),敷設(she)電纜(lan)時需(xu)要不間斷進行排水作(zuo)業(ye)。

為保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)兩條外電源線(xian)路如期送電,一號線(xian)公(gong)司(si)及施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)一方面提前謀劃(hua)統籌安(an)(an)排、嚴格管理責(ze)任到人,每日工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)度一匯報,保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)了安(an)(an)全、質(zhi)量(liang)和進(jin)度均(jun)衡有序推(tui)進(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng);另一方面精(jing)(jing)心(xin)組(zu)織施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)投(tou)入更多的(de)人力、物力、精(jing)(jing)力保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)安(an)(an)全、質(zhi)量(liang)和進(jin)度,采取突擊式夜間(jian)加班(ban)、節假日不間(jian)斷施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、配備多套施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)班(ban)組(zu)等多措并舉。在青島市各相關部門、供電公(gong)司(si)的(de)大力支持(chi)與幫助下(xia),工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)僅用(yong)4個月(yue)的(de)時間(jian),保(bao)質(zhi)保(bao)量(liang)如期送電。

此(ci)外勝利橋(qiao)開(kai)(kai)閉所(suo)外電(dian)(dian)源工(gong)程還肩(jian)負著3號(hao)線振華路(lu)站開(kai)(kai)閉所(suo)外電(dian)(dian)源水(shui)振線改(gai)(gai)造任務和8號(hao)線閻家山開(kai)(kai)閉所(suo)外電(dian)(dian)源預留工(gong)作。水(shui)振線是(shi)青島(dao)地鐵第(di)一條對已運營線路(lu)進行外電(dian)(dian)源改(gai)(gai)造的線路(lu)。

勝(sheng)利橋開閉(bi)所成功送(song)電(dian)(dian)作為青島(dao)地鐵1號(hao)(hao)線供電(dian)(dian)系統里程碑節點,拉開了1號(hao)(hao)線南(nan)段(duan)電(dian)(dian)通的序(xu)幕,宣(xuan)告著青島(dao)1號(hao)(hao)線南(nan)段(duan)送(song)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)作啟動,為后續中段(duan)各車(che)站電(dian)(dian)通邁(mai)出(chu)了堅實的一(yi)步,1號(hao)(hao)線各車(che)站、區間設備聯調聯試工(gong)作不再受(shou)任何外(wai)部環境(jing)影響。

 

地鐵8號線(xian)“雙接頭”分線(xian)箱順(shun)利送電

5月28日,青島地鐵8號線“雙接頭”分線箱順利完成送電,為地鐵1號線供電提供保障,也為8號線電流接入創造條件。

地鐵8號線(xian)(xian)“雙接(jie)頭”分(fen)線(xian)(xian)箱是(shi)1號線(xian)(xian)勝利(li)(li)橋(qiao)站(zhan)(zhan)開閉(bi)所(suo)、8號線(xian)(xian)閆家山(shan)站(zhan)(zhan)開閉(bi)所(suo)供(gong)電(dian)共接(jie)工(gong)程,由浩(hao)越(青(qing)島)建(jian)設電(dian)力工(gong)程有(you)限公(gong)司(si)具體實施(shi)。該工(gong)程屬于35千伏(fu)高(gao)(gao)壓施(shi)工(gong)項目,從(cong)國家電(dian)網虎山(shan)變電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)引出一路高(gao)(gao)壓電(dian)源到分(fen)線(xian)(xian)箱,從(cong)分(fen)線(xian)(xian)箱輸出兩(liang)路電(dian)源,一路為(wei)1號線(xian)(xian)勝利(li)(li)橋(qiao)站(zhan)(zhan)開閉(bi)所(suo)及周邊7站(zhan)(zhan)8區間(jian)約11公(gong)里(li)(li)的范(fan)圍(wei)供(gong)電(dian),一路為(wei)8號線(xian)(xian)閆家山(shan)站(zhan)(zhan)開閉(bi)所(suo)南昌路北站(zhan)(zhan)至紅(hong)島科技(ji)館(guan)站(zhan)(zhan)6站(zhan)(zhan)5區間(jian)約17公(gong)里(li)(li)的范(fan)圍(wei)供(gong)電(dian)。

本工程采用的電(dian)(dian)纜為目前青島地鐵最高(gao)規格的單芯(xin)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)纜,直徑7厘米(mi),總重量(liang)達6.5噸,需要將3根單芯(xin)電(dian)(dian)纜擺成(cheng)“品”字形敷設至(zhi)2米(mi)高(gao)的管(guan)廊支架上固定(ding)。受(shou)管(guan)廊空間限制(高(gao)2.2米(mi),寬2米(mi)),無法使用機械,施工危險系數高(gao)、難度大。

工(gong)人進行光纜敷(fu)設(she)

起跑即(ji)沖刺,開局即(ji)決戰!青島市地鐵八(ba)號線(xian)(xian)有限(xian)公司迎(ying)難而上,為滿足1號線(xian)(xian)勝利橋開站閉所5月底外(wai)部電(dian)源(yuan)引入的(de)工(gong)期需求,從(cong)3月份開始著手(shou)準備,僅用3個月時間就(jiu)完成了方案研(yan)究、圖(tu)紙(zhi)設(she)(she)(she)計、規劃(hua)及綠(lv)遷手(shou)續(xu)辦理、洽商進(jin)場、設(she)(she)(she)備采購供貨(huo)、電(dian)力設(she)(she)(she)備安(an)裝(zhuang)調試、施工(gong)驗收、送電(dian)等(deng)全部工(gong)作。
